One-on-One Guidance

If you want direct one-on-one interaction with me to work on specific aspects of your quilting, I suggest the One-on-One Guidance program.

This program is only for those truly committed to overcoming quilting obstacles and wanting to reach their goals. It will include 10 hours of one-on-one coaching from me via ZOOM (1 hour sessions) during a 3 month period. I’ve never offered this opportunity before and will only be accepting 3 people in the One-on-One Guidance Program this year.

I want to be sure that you are a perfect fit for this program and that I can help you achieve your goals so there is an application process. Enrolment is on a first come – first served basis, so don’t delay if you are interested in working directly with me.

Note: This is not to learn a specific technique - The Quilter’s Way is perfect for that - but is coaching to help you commit and move forward in your quilting goals.

The cost of this service is a one-time, non-refundable $500 USD (other currencies available) fee once your application has been approved.

How to Apply and enrol

1. Send an email to Kim@chatterboxquilts.com answering the following questions:

  • What level of quilter are you (e.g. beginner, intermediate, expert)?

  • What are the quilting goals you hope to achieve and what obstacles are preventing you from achieving these?

  • What topic or quilting techniques do you want to work on?

  • Do you have a specific problem you are trying to solve?

  • Are you able to commit to 10 1-hour sessions in a 3-month period?

2. Applications will be evaluated on a first come - first served basis.

3. Once your application is received, I will contact you via email for a discussion to ensure that I can help you.

4. If approved, you will be sent a link to register and pay the non-refundable fee.

5. You’ll next be sent a link to my online calendar with my availability so you can choose the time slots that fit both our schedules. Note: the participant must use up their allotted 10 hours prior to the end of the 3-month period or they will lose the unused hours. Sessions are 1 hour in length.

6. In the initial meeting we will work to clarify the issues to be addressed and agree on a plan to meet the goals. Each subsequent meeting will consist of a review of progress, additional information or discussion, and a plan for what to accomplish prior to the next meeting.

Questions You May Have:

  • Approved applicants will be sent a link that will connect them to a payment page.

  • We accept major credit cards like Visa and Mastercard. We use a third-party payment provider, Stripe, so your information is completely secure and we do not have access to any of your credit card information.

  • US currency is a universally understood and accepted monetary unit but prices in other currencies including Canadian & Australian dollars, British pound, and Euros are available as well.

  • Participants must use their allotted 10 hours prior to the end of the 3 moth period or they will lose the unused hours. We are looking for those committed to resolving their issues and achieving their quilting goals.

  • No. Due to the intense time commitment and limited availability of this service the fee is not refundable.
